Added FreeTranslation.com translation for Norwegian.

Added Babelfish translations for Greek, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Russian. These new language packs all set the character encoding to UTF-8 as opposed to ISO-8859-1. The translations are probably less than perfect, but should suffice. GasTracker now supports 12 languages (13 if you count the UK variation which mostly just switches gas/petrol).

First version of GasTracker created. Program scripts designed without database support. No particular name given to program. Just a little scrip designed for personal use.
